Getting started in an hour

After you sign up and set up two-step sign-in, the Setup page lists ten steps. Ticks appear by themselves as you finish each one, because every step checks your real data.

• Firm profile: working hours (reply targets count only these hours), languages and practice areas.
• Invite your team and give each person a role: Partner, Lawyer, Junior, Clerk or Billing.
• Connect WhatsApp (see "Connecting your WhatsApp number").
• Import your matters from Excel (see "Importing your matters").
• Check upcoming hearings: imported dates start as "unverified" until the matter lawyer confirms them.
• Send your first approved update from the Inbox.

Most firms finish in about an hour. If something blocks you, write to us from the Help link in the app.
