Connecting your WhatsApp number

Go to Settings → WhatsApp and click "Connect with Facebook". Log in with the Facebook account that manages your business, then choose or create a WhatsApp Business account and pick the number.

Already using the WhatsApp Business app on that number? Tick "Keep using the WhatsApp Business app". Your phone keeps working and new conversations also appear in the shared inbox.

Meta charges for template messages (messages you start, or send more than 24 hours after the client last wrote). Replies within 24 hours are free. Add a payment method in WhatsApp Manager; Meta bills you directly.
