Plans, invoices and the pilot

Every firm starts with a 30-day free pilot for up to five people. Before it ends, go to Settings → Plan and usage, choose a plan and enter your GST details. We email a GST invoice, and your plan starts when it is paid by bank transfer or UPI.

If the pilot or a paid period ends without payment, you get 7 more days. After that the workspace becomes read-only: everything stays visible and exportable, and client messages keep arriving, but nothing new can be sent or created until the plan is renewed.
